As a result of Tamar Kuchava’s defense, on 16 December 2025, Judge Eka Areshidze of the Criminal Chamber of the Tbilisi City Court delivered an acquittal in favor of an expert of the Medical Department of the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau.

The interests of a major infrastructure company were successfully represented by Tamar Kuchava, together with Sandro Mtskeradze and Tinatin Siradze, in a dispute against Tbilisi City Hall. The dispute concerned the recovery of payment for completed works, as well as the reduction of contractual penalties imposed by the client. The court upheld the client’s position and ordered Tbilisi City Hall to pay GEL 550,962.39 in favor of the client.

A major infrastructure company’s interests were successfully represented by Tamar Kuchava, together with Sandro Mtskeradze and Tinatin Siradze, in a dispute against the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Adjara. The dispute concerned the recovery of payment for additional design and geological services performed beyond the originally agreed scope of works. The legal team substantiated the client’s claims and demonstrated both the contractual and factual grounds for the additional compensation. The court fully upheld the client’s position and ordered the Ministry to pay GEL 407,777, along with an additional GEL 4,050, in favor of the client.

The interests of the employer — the microfinance organization Rico Credit — were successfully represented by Tamar Kuchava in a discrimination case concerning workplace health-related requirements. The claimant argued that the employer’s internal policy, which required either vaccination or the submission of a PCR test, constituted discriminatory treatment. The defense established that the measure pursued a legitimate aim — ensuring a safe working environment and was objectively justified and proportionate. The court fully upheld the defense position and confirmed that the requirement did not constitute discrimination.

The Managing Partner of Strategic Counsel Group, Tamar Kuchava, together with lawyer Sandro Mtskeradze, successfully resolved a multi-million dispute arising from a material breach of financial obligations within the Rikoti project in favor of the French company, without resorting to litigation, following a formal written notice issued to the breaching party.
