Nino Dzaganishvili

Nino Dzaganishvili is a Partner and Lawyer at Strategic Counsel Group, specializing in corporate and contract law, with over 10 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors.

Nino’s professional experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at PJSC “Independent Service Company”, where she provided comprehensive legal support to the company, ensured compliance with applicable legislation, and represented the company in legal proceedings and in relations with regulatory authorities.

At an earlier stage of her career, Nino worked at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, where she conducted legal analysis and was involved in legislative and policy development processes.

Within her private practice, Nino provides legal support to companies in matters of corporate structuring and contractual relationships, including cross-border issues between Georgia and Ukraine. Her work includes drafting and analyzing complex international legal agreements, ensuring legal support for business operations, and assessing legal risks. Nino received her legal education at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).
