Tamta Basilaia is a Project Management Consultant and Trainer with over 10 years of professional experience, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Tamta Basilaia’s professional practice includes the management of strategic projects, encompassing project planning, implementation, and monitoring. She applies hybrid methodologies, combining traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Agile) approaches.

Her experience includes the implementation and development of project management systems for organizations, covering business process optimization, integration of project management standards, as well as consulting on organizational development and change management. She has held project manager positions in a number of large international and local organizations.
