Within her private legal practice, Tinatin Siradze represents and protects clients’ interests in civil, corporate, medical, labor, contractual, and administrative disputes, providing comprehensive legal support at both pre-trial and litigation stages. Her experience includes structuring complex, multi-million and international contracts (including FIDIC), advising on corporate governance matters and relations with public authorities, as well as identifying and managing legal risks.
